Join LGBTQ+ Rolla for an evening of mindful movement, music, and connection with our Meditative Dance Class.

💜 Cost: FREE!
Through gentle movement, music, breath, and mindfulness, we’ll explore movement as a form of meditation and self-expression. There are no routines to memorize, no steps to get right, and no dance experience required. Move as much—or as little—as feels comfortable to you.
This is a judgment-free, LGBTQ+ affirming space where all bodies, identities, and abilities are welcome. Come as you are and give yourself permission to move, breathe, release, and reconnect.
🧘 What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
⚠️ Space is limited, so registration is required. The class is completely free, but please reserve your spot in advance.
Come move with us—not to perform, but simply to be. 💜
