Enforcement

A designated lead volunteer—typically a board member—will always be present when the Center is open. This individual is responsible for maintaining a safe, inclusive environment and has the authority to enforce this Code of Conduct. Their instructions must be followed at all times. Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave the premises. If necessary, law enforcement may be contacted to ensure the safety of the space.

If you feel you have been treated unfairly by a lead volunteer, you may schedule a meeting with the president or another board member to discuss your concerns.
