CANCELLED – LGBTQ+ Rolla Felted Acorn Class

Join local artisan Barbara Johnson for a beginner friendly craft class! Saturday, November 8th from 2-4pm at our new Center (514 C Ft Wyman Road, Rolla MO 65401)

Come learn the classic technique of wet felting! We’ll be using an assortment of wool fibers to learn the process of layering and agitating the wool by hand until it becomes felt – you will select your preferred colors, as well as choose from natural acorn caps to create charming Felted Acorns. All supplies provided (but if you have empty acorn caps from home, feel free to bring!) – suggested donation $5, all donations go towards the LGBTQ+ Rolla Center.

This activity is all ages, but children are required to have adult supervision at all times – class size limited to 25 individuals
