DESCRIPTION:  \n🌈✨ Meditative Dance: Move\, Breathe\, Be ✨🌈 \nJoin LGBTQ+ Rolla for an evening of mindful movement\, music\, and connection with our Meditative Dance Class. \n📅 October 20\n⏰ 7:00–8:00 PM\n💜 Cost: FREE! \nThrough gentle movement\, music\, breath\, and mindfulness\, we’ll explore movement as a form of meditation and self-expression. There are no routines to memorize\, no steps to get right\, and no dance experience required. Move as much—or as little—as feels comfortable to you. \nThis is a judgment-free\, LGBTQ+ affirming space where all bodies\, identities\, and abilities are welcome. Come as you are and give yourself permission to move\, breathe\, release\, and reconnect. \n🧘 What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely\, and bring a yoga mat if you have one. \n⚠️ Space is limited\, so registration is required. The class is completely free\, but please reserve your spot in advance. \nCome move with us—not to perform\, but simply to be. 💜
